<p>Looks like Nissan isn&#8217;t going to let people get away with buying a reletively inexpensive exotic that can outperform more expensive exotics that easily. Particularly worrying is this statement:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Adding, replacing, reprogramming, attempting to reprogram, altering or disconnecting any  computer, control unit, or electronic module or deleting any or all stored information in any computer, control unit, or electronic module, or denying access to any data or information stored in any computer, control unit, or electronic module VOIDS ALL COVERAGE under the 2010 Nissan GT-R New Vehicle Limited Warranty.</em></p>
<p>I&#8217;m not sure how this adds up in conjunction with the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnuson-Moss_Warranty_Act" target="_blank">Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act</a> &#8211; but it is certantly something to pay attention to if you&#8217;re in the market for a R35 GT-R.</p>
