Installed the turbo this weekend, had a BIG problem driving it home, the AEM oil pressure sending unit blew out and had a huge loss of oil pressure … luckily found a 24 hour shop and we capped that ***** off and went on my way after changing the oil (since I dumped in a gallon of junk conventional to get it to a hotel). Anyways, running 5 psi for the moment, until I get AEM to replace or have to buy a new $170 sending unit, AFR is a safeish 10 to just under 12, running well so far. First and second are completely useless at WOT, just spins tire once boost hits, and chirps through half of third! Oh yeah, we did junk the BOV that came with Duffer’s kit and replaced with a Vortec unit my buddy had laying around … the BOV that came with the kit is teeny tiny.
